What You’ll Do:
- Sell IT staffing solutions to federal agencies and integrators.
- Build and maintain relationships through calls, Zoom meetings, networking events, trade shows, and customer entertainment.
- Become an expert in the Federal Government and Integrator space.
- Work closely with clients to meet their staffing needs and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in consulting sales or a recruiter looking to transition into sales.
- Experience in IT staffing is a plus, but high performers in other verticals (F&A, Engineering, Office/Admin) are also encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated individuals ready to take control of their earnings.
- Ability to work in the office 4 days a week.
