Job Summary
- The Acumatica ERP Systems Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Acumatica ERP system and its integration with other applications and databases.
- The Acumatica ERP Systems Manager will also provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users and stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Acumatica ERP administration, development, and customization, as well as a solid understanding of business processes and workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Acumatica ERP system and ensure its availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop, test, and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the Acumatica ERP system using Acumatica tools and technologies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the Acumatica ERP system and its integration with other applications and databases, and resolve any issues or errors.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on the Acumatica ERP system and its functionalities.
- Document and maintain the Acumatica ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT staff to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions using the Acumatica ERP system.
- Stay updated on the latest Acumatica ERP features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements and upgrades as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3- 5 years of experience in Acumatica ERP administration, development, and customization.
- Proficient in Acumatica tools and technologies, such as Acumatica Framework, Acumatica Customization Platform, Acumatica Report Designer, and Acumatica Query Language.
- Knowledge of Acumatica ERP modules, such as Financial Management, Distribution Management, Manufacturing Management, Project Accounting, and Customer Management.
- Experience in integrating Acumatica ERP with other applications and databases, such as CRM, BI, EDI, and SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Certification in Acumatica ERP is a plus.
