The Growth Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to attract new business, broaden existing client relationships, and drive overall growth for Pathbuilders. This role will support all growth initiatives, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and other performance marketing tactics across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for organic growth and SEO improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
- Assist with the optimization of on-page and off-page SEO to increase website traffic.
Email & CRM Campaigns:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract new and retain existing clients, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Manage and segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics.
- Track the performance of email campaigns and adjust strategies based on data.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key growth metrics and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with data team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution for marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on growth or performance marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Insightly, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Insightly or Active Campaign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page editing.
- Experience in B2B is a plus.
