KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through outstanding selling techniques, clienteling, events, sourcing new customers, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Establish and implement Action Plans to achieve and develop sales for each product category and client segment.
- Implement and develop CRM initiatives to attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage a clientele network for the store.
- Assign targeted quantitative and qualitative goals to SA and ensure they are achieved by communicating on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify and develop the strengths of each SA, supporting professional growth through training and coaching.
Operational Management
- Ensure current policies and procedures are correctly followed and respected.
- Take all the necessary measures to ensure loss prevention and safety in the store.
- Oversee scheduling and payroll according to the needs of coverage for the business.
- Actively support back of house operations, including stock receiving & returns, stock inventories, and daily/weekly/monthly routines.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in time, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process all transactions, including the operation of the Cash Register.
- Manage and maintain the store's budget.
- Partner with the operations team to order packaging, supplies, and maintenance requests.
- Support in assigning divisions of responsibilities within the sales advisor team.
- Partner with operations to ensure the organization of inventory is maintained during incoming and outgoing deliveries, end of season, transfers, cycle counts, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards daily, ensuring that all products are properly displayed.
- Support in recruiting and training the sales staff.
- Keep updated with fashion trends, know, and monitor the business environment, including local competition, and communicate this information to the team.
- Motivate and create a sense of belonging and business involvement.
- Act in line with the Company's Selling Ceremony & Company Values.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant experience in retail or the sale of luxury goods.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Adaptability, openness, listening abilities, curiosity.
- High availability and responsiveness.
- Product and fashion sensitivity, commercial awareness.
- Mastering computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Ability to drive results and manage teams.
- Foreign languages and a Bachelor’s Degree are preferred.
