Scott County Hospital, located in Scott City, KS, is seeking a Receptionist for our clinic facility. Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Know software and be able to use it efficiently.
- Operate switchboard telephone system.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect appropriate demographics from the patient and set them up in the computer.
- Complete encounter forms.
- Assist patients with billing questions or transfer to the appropriate billing staff.
- Collect payment for services by following clinic policies and procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.

Education, Qualifications, Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
