Jollibee Group North America is seeking an energetic and customer-focused BRAND MANAGER for its JOLLIBEE brand. The ideal candidate must be able to generate strategies and execute marketing plans that grow market share, enhance the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth. S/He is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. Excelling in this role will require multi-tasking effectively, offering quick and accurate insights and advice, and provide creative input to help build, promote, and enhance the assigned brand/s.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 4 years progressive experience in Brand Management or in Creative, Media or Digital Agency.
• At least College Degree or related courses in Business, Management, Marketing Management, or related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing people/team preferably in food service or retail industry.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient or Advanced in MS Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and trainable in other software related to marketing or business analytics
