LEAD THE AT4K AUTISMTESTING4KIDS PRACTICE IN HOUSTON. AT4K is seeking to hire a Clinical Psychologist to lead our team in Houston. AT4K Houston will be built around you, to include your input on office location and hiring decisions. As the lead-psychologist, you and your team will partner with AT4K to become the preeminent autism assessment clinic in Houston.
ALL WE DO IS AUTISM ASSESSMENTS. AT4K AutismTesting4Kids is determined to reduce the amount of time it takes for children to receive an evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team includes a Patient Care Concierge, four Autism Assessment Specialists, and two Clinical Psychologists that use the Autism Diagnostic Observable Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2) to evaluate 18-month- to 6-year-old children who are suspected of having ASD.

AT4K is opening clinical practices nationwide to address the extended wait times for children in need of an autism assessment. Our full-time, salaried Clinical Psychologists will provide care to children and families by managing the AT4K 4-step autism assessment process. They will work with an in-office Patient Care Concierge and ADOS-2 certified Autism Assessment Specialists to provide high-quality autism evaluations. Clinical Psychologists will maximize their credentials by finalizing the evaluation, while providing formal documentation of an ASD diagnosis and referral to early invention therapy if necessary.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise clinical staff
Consult with children and families
Meet with families to complete diagnostic autism assessments
Document evaluations to facilitate early intervention therapy
Minimum Requirements:
PhD / PsyD in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university
Licensed for practice in Texas
Proficiency in standardized diagnostic assessment techniques
ADOS-2 certification or willingness to complete training
Benefits:
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
