Position: Field Service Technician
Location: Colleyville, TX
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 6 months with strong possibility of extending. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $21-$23/hr. (paid weekly)
Project Description: candidate will be traveling to the two work sites and serving our clients with any IT needs. Work locations are in Coppell and in Fort Worth, tech needs to live between the 2 sites
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day looks like:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Required Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (must have desktop support experience and some network support experience)
- Able to work on-site M-F from 9am-6pm
