POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Success Manager will serve as an essential point of contact for any client who has questions or issues with a product or service. The ideal candidate will be Spanish bi-lingual and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will occasionally travel to local locations to assist with any onboarding or troubleshooting. You’ll act as a remarkable example of customer service and will also have an affinity for sales in order to upsell clients and drive additional revenue.

OBJECTIVES
- Manage calls with clients post-sale to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Conduct Welcome Call to all buyers to discuss software and logistics for next steps
- Serve as main point of contact for client questions or concerns
- Coordinate ATM maintenance activities, such as scheduling service calls, following up on repairs, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of ATM supplies to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry into relevant systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist AR department with organizing and maintaining bookkeeping needs
- Process client banking paperwork and handle compliance
- Develop and implement a streamlined process that will reduce bottlenecks
- Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated experience deescalating client situations and maintaining positive reputation of the ATM Up brand
- Capable of overcoming sales objections and demonstrating the value proposition of ATM Up services
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professional communication over the phone or email when engaging with clients
- Possesses a basic level of financial acumen in order to effectively communicate with the Accounting team and discuss payment plans
- Must have intermediate financial acumen
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to take direction
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ work experience in a customer service role in a professional environment
- Spanish bi-lingual highly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
