Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch performance, customer experience, and team development.
- Manage finances, ensure compliance, and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with company goals.
- Promote the bank's products and services to enhance profitability and maintain cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business partners to grow a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently by understanding product features and benefits.
- Engage in community activities that enhance the bank's reputation and meet CRA objectives.
- Lead staff meetings to communicate goals and provide guidance for achieving objectives.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and assist in hiring and training.
- Monitor operational reports, verify customer identities, and uphold compliance procedures.
- Ensure branch security and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; specialized retail banking training is a plus.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in banking or management.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and retail products.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to perform sedentary tasks with occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).
