We are looking a professional and experienced Office Manager for a financial advising firm in Greenville, SC. This team member will be responsible for managing the office, handling bookkeeping, and various HR tasks. This role is a full time and onsite opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee business and financial organization, including vendor management, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Coordinate vendor accounts, contracts, insurance renewals, invoices, credit cards, and services implementation
- Ensure equipment functionality through preventive maintenance, inventory management, repair coordination, and evaluation of new equipment and techniques
- Assist in property maintenance and manage vendor relationships, including maintaining supply inventory and expediting orders
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including processing documentation, preparing reports, updating employee records, handling inquiries, and assisting with payroll
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and revenue and bonus reporting and tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Professional communication and manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong experience using QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
