Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: 557 NE Westbrook Way, Grants Pass, OR 97526 (Pacific Time Zone)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Potential for Hybrid in the Future)
Pay Rate: $15.43 per hour
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of the company, responsible for delivering top-tier customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure all interactions meet the company’s Customer Care Standards. Your role will require the ability to communicate professionally, manage multiple tasks, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow established systems and procedures to ensure Customer Care Standards are met or exceeded during every customer interaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and company procedures.
- Strive for one-call resolution by following through on all commitments to customers.
- Effectively promote additional services and product offerings.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal errors.
- Properly document and address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Regularly communicate with leadership, including the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager, to provide updates on customer issues.
- Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Specific Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and process orders promptly.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about ongoing promotions and services.
- Listen actively to customers’ concerns, and provide accurate solutions in line with company policies.
- Redirect customers to the appropriate department if necessary and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Proficient in 10-key by touch.
- Ability to communicate professionally via email or chat.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
