Primary Purpose and Focus:
Establishing and maintaining the Construction standard project delivery model (CDM), stage-gate checklists, deliverables, Unifier business processes and workflows, document control procedures, and QA/QC parameters. Establish and maintain department policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining all components of the standard project delivery model (CDM) including the manual, process overviews, stage-gate checklists, and deliverables. Meets regularly with stakeholders such as project management, project controls, environmental and engineering to identify process and documentation gaps and continually refine the methodology to enhance project controls and execution. Communicates process updates to impacted groups. Collaborates with lead Project Managers & related team members within the Infrastructure groups to further align processes and data capture. | 30%
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining document control procedures and document QA/QC parameters that constantly align with process updates and technology changes. | 30%
- Monitors, tracks, and reports key user adoption and document control metrics to leadership and identifies opportunities for process improvements. | 15%
- Assumes the lead role in evaluating and implementing business process and workflow technology changes in Unifier. Works with internal and external technical support teams to coordinate process and technology release schedules. Communicates upstream and/or downstream changes and impacts to impacted groups. Works with the Training and Communication department to update training procedures and ensure an organizational change management strategy is in place. | 15%
- Manages and coordinates all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates and design. Develop and maintain parameters for project requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a Project Manager on capital projects experience and/or related experience.
- 4+ years of experience with management of large capital/O&M investment projects
- Experience in high pressure pipeline, facilities, and/or storage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Project management knowledge and experience is required.
- Must have an understanding of construction, project controls, contracts and terminology.
- Must be able to assess the potential financial impact of a project.
- Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise matter to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and proactive solution seeker comfortable with ambiguity.
- Must have strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Preferably acquired 3+ years prior to start date.
- PROSCI certification.
