We’re seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to support the successful execution of construction projects. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating crews, tracking financial data, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in construction, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track and report project progress, productivity, and financial data
- Assist with obtaining permits and maintaining compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee materials procurement and manage rental equipment
- Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and address any non-conformances
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and field crews to meet project milestones
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (some college in construction management preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Certifications in OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and traffic control preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
