Position: Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Project Manager who is passionate about creating innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of land development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and other project-related documents, including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington (Oregon PE license is a plus).
- A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team and overseeing projects.
- Proven ability to independently manage land development projects.
Salary and Benefits:
