Position Summary
As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our visual brand identity across various platforms. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with the marketing team to produce visually engaging and cohesive brand experiences. Your creative expertise will play a key role in captivating our audience and driving brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, including establishing a comprehensive style guide for colors, typography, and visual elements across all marketing channels.
- Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual assets for a variety of media, including digital, print, and physical platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs that align with project goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into creative projects.
- Provide creative direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
- Adapt designs for various marketing channels, optimizing them for maximum engagement and impact.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience with photography and video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A proactive mindset, open to feedback, and willing to iterate on designs to achieve the best results.
- Ability to drive engagement and brand awareness through visually impactful designs.
- Strong collaboration with the marketing team to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
