HIRING: C++ Developer | Low Latency, High Performance, Test Driven C++ (XP development)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY CLIENT:
My client is looking for a C++ Developer to join their quantitative risk development team. This role will involve designing and implementing features for their trading system, with a focus on infrastructure and performance. Developers should be confident in their ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a highly collaborative culture (and that's not just lip-service) -- They emphasize success of the team more so than success as an individual. An ability and desire to work directly with other engineers on a daily basis is critical for this team: If hired you will a lot of spend time pair programming in an test driven, "extreme programming" (XP) environment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ Years production C++ Development experience in a Linux/UNIX based environment
- Passion for low latency, fast, maintainable C++
- STRONG Aptitude for automated and extensive C++ testing (TDD)
- Ability to produce well-documented and maintainable systems
- Excitement for Extreme Programing (XP) / Pair Programming environments
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
The target compensation for this role is $120K - $150K salary. There is also a discretionary team and performance based bonus than has potential to be very very meaningful when the team does well. Beyond that, there is a 5% 401K match and 25 days leave.
**For the right candidate, they MAY consider up to $200K salary.
LOCATION
The work is 95% On-Site, in the Denver / Cherry Creek area. We are not considering relocation at this time. Our client does NOT offer sponsorship at this time.
