Growing and well financed Ambulatory Surgery Center facility looking to bring on a Administrator!
Multi -Specialty Surgery Center part of a system with 5 OR's and a team of 40 FTE's. Plans, organizes, and directs the essential administrative functions of the Facility. Coordinates and directs patient care according to regulations and accepted accreditation standards. Coordinates activities to accomplish the goals of the QAPI Program. Works with the Medical Staff to coordinate the functions of patient care services. Responsible for management of all aspects of the environment of care.
- Bachelors Degreed required.
- Perioperative/ Surgical Services/OR experience required.
- 2+ years in leadership exp. particularly in an ambulatory care facility.
- CPR/ACLS Certification preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and be a hands on type leader.
