Position: Nurse Manager of Trauma
Location: Lexington, KY
Base Salary: $85,000 to $115,000 + Best-In-Class Benefits
Relocation Assistance Available: Possible for ideal candidate

Education:
- BSN required, MSN preferred.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of Emergency nursing experience required.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:
- Current license in the state of Kentucky. Basic Life Support certification (successful completion within three [3] months of employment), ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (successful completion within one [1] year from hire or requirement date). Annual Trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac Education required (provided on site).
- If ACLS or PALS is expired, will only be able to care for non-critical patients. If TNCC or ENPC is expired, will not be able to participate in the trauma team.
