About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our USA operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth plan, managing existing staff, leading projects, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in managing multi-trade operations.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan for the USA operations, aligning with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
- Staff Management: Oversee and manage the existing staff, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional development.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the USA market.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all USA operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the industrial or construction sector.
- Proven track record in business development and project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Pay range and compensation package:
Approx compensation $175-225K++
