Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive business growth. This role involves managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, from order placement to delivery and after-sales support.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor account performance, address client issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and sales performance.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-focused role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with account management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or visit manufacturing sites.
