We are actively seeking a Paralegal Manager to manage and train and provide oversight and guidance for our team of paralegals.
We are looking for someone that is highly organized, self-motivated, and professional. Our goal is to continue to provide high-quality legal services to our clients! The ideal candidate should enjoy teaching, mentoring, learning, have great time-management skills, be honest and have impeccable attention to detail.
Duties and Requirements:
- 5+ Years of on-point Personal Injury Paralegal Experience!
- Ability to effectively communicate by interacting with clients, paralegal team members, and attorneys.
- Able to work independently and enjoy working as part of a team with professional & personal responsibility.
- Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
- Reliability in work and attendance
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize during the day/week.
- Excellent communication skills!
- Typical paralegal responsibilities as needed such as: Draft and respond to discovery, coordinate depositions, mediations and trials, assist with trial and trial preparation
- Organize and maintain legal files.
- Assist the attorney with all aspects of case management.
This is an in-office position in our Austin office!
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year!
