Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated System Support Specialist to join our Business Services Group. This role involves assisting with the maintenance and support of our consultant contracting and sponsorship technology systems. You will work closely with internal employees and external consultants to provide exceptional customer service and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist users with system navigation questions and issues, delivering white glove service.
- Maintain system data management, integration, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
- Analyze systems and processes to recommend improvements and streamline operations.
- Facilitate vendor estimates and manage internal approvals.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in system support and customer service.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
