IT / Construction Project Manager needed for building 3 small IT facilities working out of Raleigh, NC. This position starts with a 1 year contract that may be extended working in Raleigh and travelling to Miami and Atlanta a couple of days each month.
Required Experience/Attributes:
IT Facility Build Project Management
- IT Rooms – design and oversee construction
- Network Infrastructure – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
- Servers Infrastructure – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
- Cabling Standard – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
- Computer Hardware – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
- Meeting room – design and oversee construction
- Audiovisual – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
- Security – design, acquire, oversee setup, and test
Willingness to travel to Miami and Atalanta a couple of times each month
Deliverables:
Relocation of Service Center: Manage the relocation of service center from Florida to Raleigh, North Carolina. This includes coordinating logistics, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a seamless transition.
The premises: 65,000 sqft - 80 people.
Establishment of New Office in Miami: Oversee the setup of a new store in Miami, Florida. This project involves: infrastructure setup, and integration with existing operations.
The premises: 11,000 sqft - 25 people.
Establishment of New AP House in Atlanta: Lead the development of a new store in Atlanta, Georgia. This includes project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring the project meets all technical and business requirements.
The premises: 10,000 sqft - 10 people.
