This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and testing compliance controls, with a specific emphasis on consumer deposits and lending. You will conduct risk-based monitoring activities, collaborate with business units while maintaining independence, and support the compliance program by identifying risks, conducting reviews, and managing issues. Additionally, you will work with advisory teams to ensure the program’s effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate compliance controls and conduct testing for deposit and lending regulations.
- Collaborate with business units while ensuring compliance independence.
- Review policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Identify risks, manage issues, and write detailed compliance reports.
- Work with advisory teams to improve the compliance program.
