We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Director to join our team and help us grow our market presence. In this hands-on Sales Director role, you will use your knowledge of nutraceuticals and sales to move clients through the sales process. To excel in this role, you will need to be detail-oriented and good with follow-up,
What You’ll Do:
- Establish rapport with potential clients and qualify fit for OK Capsule
- Become a trusted advisor to potential clients with the ability to say no if it is not a good fit for both organizations
- Move the prospect through the sales methodology from discovery sessions to successful close/win
- Develop pricing quotes and proposals for clients
- Negotiate contracts with the client, establish performance timeline, and track and report on results
- Work with the Account Management team to transition new clients successfully during kick-off calls
- Develop and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training
- Identify clients' key needs and expectations, develop collateral, and manage product or service prices and discounts
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain strong prospect records in the company CRM system for outstanding customer follow-up
What You’ll Need To Do It:
- Nutraceutical or related experience required.
- Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and apply good problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to mentor and lead.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people person.
- In-depth understanding of company key capabilities, technology and position in the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to follow through on client contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- Four to five years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills, and experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and Google Suite, with emphasis on superior spreadsheet skills.
- Strong Sandler sales training skills a plus
