Sr. Manager of Software Engineering E-Commerce

I am looking forward to elaborating on this position & the organization if you have expertise in the IT industry working with cross-functional E-Commerce teams as a Software Engineering hands-on Manager of large teams and other Software Engineering managers. I am working directly with my contact, and this is an urgent need. You may have to travel up to 15% yearly and will be responsible for the further growth of all critical systems/applications internally.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Must have at least 8+ years of backend core java programming; multithreading, collections, concurrency, algorithms, syntax, data structures, design patterns, etc.
· Must have expertise with spring boot & microservices architecture.
· Preferred cloud experience within GCP.
· Proven experience with API design/development, headless architectures and stateless systems
· Stellar RDBMS programming skills.
· Strong expertise with E-Commerce architecture/systems/applications and IoT preferred.
· Must have 1yr + of pure management in Software Engineering, the larger the team and manager; management experience, the better.
· Superb communication, collaboration/teaming skills and self-motivated.
· Preferred BS/MS in Computer Science, related study, or professional work experience.
