Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored IT staffing solutions.
- Source, engage, and interview top IT talent through various channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including placements and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally in IT staffing.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of IT roles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
