Candidates must report to our client's office in Metro Little Rock, AR, this is a non-negotiable. Relocation package is an option for suitable candidates. Must have valid PE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain advanced telecommunications systems and networks.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across our client's company to ensure the delivery of high-quality communication solutions. (Fiber and wireless)
- Conduct site surveys, prepare engineering reports, and develop project plans.
- Ensure compliance with all appropriate codes and standards, including NEC, NESC, NFPA, ANSI/TIA, FCC, IEEE, and BICSI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Southern USA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering.
- Comfortable with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, O-Calc Pro).
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems, protocols, and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
