About the Role: Full-time, Direct Hire
Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of national securities exchange listing rules.
Experience with general corporate & corporate governance preferred.
Candidate should possess excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Annual Salary: Up to $260,000

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Section 16 Reporting.
- 6+ years of experience with public company rules & regulations (the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934)
- Strong background with public & private offerings of securities.
- Member of the New York Bar.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
