Not for profit, well established healthcare system. Newly created role to oversee a 25+bed unit with a team of 50 FTE's. Direct report of Team Leads and Charges.
- Licensed RN with BSN.
- 2 +years in acute care nursing with with some supervision experience.
- Critical Care background a plus.
- Strong employee engagement needed.
