Summary:
MoodysNWC is looking for a Product Manager - Billing, you will play a critical role in driving product strategy, development, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our billing solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, optimizing billing processes, and overseeing seamless data migration.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for billing and data migration, aligning with overall business goals.
- Work closely with engineering, finance, sales, and customer support teams to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable product features and improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely and effective execution of billing solutions and data migration initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of billing processes and data migration projects, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all billing practices adhere to industry regulations and best practices for data security.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in billing systems or data migration.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, financial systems, and data management practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to 180,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
