Job Title – Employment Litigation Partner
Package - $200,000 - $300,000 basic salary + bonus/benefits (varies based on skill and experience)
Location – Remote/hybrid (firm based)

Role Overview:
Seeking an Employment Litigation Partner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of defense litigation experience in Labor & Employment in addition to management and supervisory skills. Handling all aspects of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour matters, class actions and PAGA. Portable business will be considered but is not required
Responsibilities:
- Litigating on matters for companies across the entire spectrum of employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour matters, class actions and PAGA.
- Supervising and management of multiple attorneys.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Handling investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies.
- Appearing in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in Employment Litigation Law.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in California.
