Our client, a well-known telecommunications company, is looking for a remote Content Strategist for an ongoing, long-term 40-hours per week contract. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, sales, and analytics to create content strategies across the company website and digital platforms. This position operates on Central Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
- Help to create content strategies and merchandising plans that help accomplish various business objectives
- Review data and insights from past campaigns to help understand any changes that should be made for future campaigns
- Create user journey ,diagrams that portray an understanding of customer experiences and behaviors
- Work directly with creative and developers to ensure that content strategies are executed
- Stay up to date on content trends, best practices, and consumer behavior
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in content strategy with a firm understanding of responsive design principles
- A comfortableness in working with internal teams to develop content strategies and ensure they are executed
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly in difficult situations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at once
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills coupled with presentation skills
- Prior experience with journey mapping and Mural preferred.
