A successful, global, multi-strategy fund are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding New York office. This office is receiving the largest amount of focus and investment from the business with a number of teams having multiple headcount to aid in the build out.
Due to this growth we're seeking a confident and senior End User / Desktop Support lead to be the primary point of contact for all technical support queries in the N.Y office as well as supporting other offices globally.
Whilst this is primarily a support position the successful candidate will be expected to participate in global projects and bring demonstratable experience in engineering technical solutions to complex problems, strong powershell scripting / automation is a must.
We're seeking technical experience in:
- Intune, autopilot, exchange online, sharepoint administration
- Powershell
- Previous experience supporting market data applications such as Bloomberg
- Great understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
- Hardware break fix experience
