Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney located in Dallas, TX. The Attorney will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks related to law, including court appearances, motion practice, trials, and depositions. The role requires strong litigation skills and the ability to provide effective and determined representation to clients in the courtroom and during negotiations.
Qualifications
- Desire to work in busy litigation practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing
- Significant litigation and trial experience is a plus
