The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates a passion for graphic design, product photography and photo editing. This candidate will have experience in working with digital and print forms. This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging digital assets in multiple variations and sizes for paid social & paid search platforms (Instagram, Google, Facebook etc.)
- Design highly performant email creatives to support marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm and research graphic concepts and ideas to make sure our campaigns are always evolving and driving results in a constantly changing digital landscape
- Work closely with the creative team to execute new brand creatives
- Assist Graphic Design Team with digital production of e-commerce assets (i.e., photo editing, cropping, exporting and renaming images) for the consumer facing website site, wholesale website, and various key account websites.
- Partner with Graphic Design Team on seasonal projects including print supplements, catalog, holiday photography, social content etc.
- Support in the creation of both external and internal assets such as marketing PDFs, Sale Sheets, Price lists, etc.
- Fast-paced position that requires precise time management
- Work with image management systems to maintain library of image assets each season
Requirements:
- BA/BFA with a focus in design, or similar
- 1-2 years of post-college design experience preferable
- Eye for design with a sophisticated aesthetic
- Innovative thinker always seeking to grow and push brand direction forward
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; with an understanding of digital and print design
- Excellent typography skills with elevated level of taste and ability to apply modern design aesthetics across projects of varied styles
- Responds positively to feedback and adapts quickly to change
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, time & project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Creative portfolio including both print and digital design
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Microsoft Teams, or Slack preferred
