COMPENSATION: $46,000 - $56,000 (commensurate with experience)
JOB SUMMARY: Our client, a professional services firm with a strong history of success and an employee focused culture, is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work closely with leadership and grow within an organization. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to support key initiatives to include strategic planning and various administrative tasks to ensure the success of the organization.
Our client is looking for a professional and adaptable individual who excels independently and as part of a team, thriving in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant must possess strong communication and relationship building skills along with the ability to embrace change, problem solve and anticipate potential issues. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement and discretion required. Demonstrated success in a professional environment utilizing technology to drive administrative efficiency a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and communications.
- Ensure deadlines and action items are completed and maintain a remote work setup.
- Facilitate productive meetings with clear objectives and preparation.
- Engage with Integrator on company projects, communications, and initiatives.
- Act as a sounding board for new ideas and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Assist with content creation, contract management, and support Leadership Meetings.
- Coordinate and track project execution using the RACI model.
- Address issues with Integrator, support front desk operations, event planning, and gifting.
