Firm Advice is searching for a Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded construction litigation practice in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to support a growing multispecialty mid-sized law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in complex litigations, with an emphasis on construction disputes. You will participate in all facets of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including those in both state and federal courts.
Work can be conducted on a hybrid basis in Northern Virginia.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school; member in good standing of the Virginia bar.
- Six to eight years (preferred) of litigation experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
