As the District manager, you will drive regional business growth by developing and executing commercially focused sales strategies, while leading and mentoring Sales Managers and Operations teams across multiple locations. You'll be responsible for ensuring targets are met, operational standards are maintained, and the client journey is seamless across all sites. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, client retention, and operational efficiency, helping this top-tier fitness brand continue to set the standard in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue growth and client retention goals across multiple fitness locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience managing operational standards, including health and safety regulations and facility management.
