- 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle supervisory/leadership experience, primarily in collections, and overall knowledge of the entire revenue cycle.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills in keeping their supervisor abreast of where their team stands on initiatives.
- Experience hiring and training their team, or managing the training of their team.
- Experience being an advocate for themselves and for their team.
- Experience motivating and encouraging their team.
- Strong leadership skills in respecting team members and earning their respect and trust, coach the team as needed, make the team feel important, and ask for help when needed.
- Supportive and hands on management style that can provide support to the team needs and to their supervisor.
