The Merker Group is working with a regional law firm that is looking to add finance associates to its quickly expanding team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably lender-side, and experience with leveraged finance transactions and syndicated credit facilities.
Must have a J.D., strong academics and a license to practice in North Carolina is preferred.
*For more senior candidates, the firm may be open to a remote arrangement.
