Essent Guaranty is in need of a Post Close Specialist for a subsidiary of ours out of Coraopolis, PA.
The Post Close Specialist with be responsible for reviewing executed loan documents for accuracy and verify the lender signing requirements have been met.
Qualifications for the Post Close Specialist:
- 1-2 years of experience in a closing or post close role
- Experience reviewing loan documents
Responsibilities for the Post Close Specialist:
- Review each executed set of loan documents for accuracy
- Manually audit or automate audit of the borrower’s signature, witness signatures, notary execution of the documents
- Scan loan packages
- Resolve issues
