We are looking for someone who has a passion for DevSecOps principles and best practices, has a deep understanding of advanced automation toolsets for CI/CD infrastructure, and the ability to lead and provide direction in a continuously changing and competitive technology landscape. The right candidate will not only be able to demonstrate their leadership skills but will also be the technical and security advisor for the department. Duties & Responsibilities
● Be the subject matter expert and evangelist of DevSecOps best practices & principles across the organization.
● Increase the efficiency, agility, and security of our DevOps team by improving processes and reducing technical debt, and securing our pipelines.
● Build and deliver self-service platforms that create environments, test and deploy code, advance our CI/CD infrastructure to help reach our deployment goals.
● Help to advance collaboration between DevOps & various Development teams to improve communication and overall productivity across the organization.
● Mentor team members, who are at various levels of their careers, to increase their skills, abilities, knowledge, and foster overall growth.
● Work closely with Operations Leadership to properly translate solutions into engineering and operational activities and tasks.
● Works with Program Management to provide estimates, timelines, project plans and status reports to the rest of the organization for DevOps related projects.
● Manage a team of IT engineers.
Education & Experience
● BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
● Experience building large and geographically dispersed infrastructure supporting business-critical cloud services.
● 8+ years of demonstrated ability in DevOps, Infrastructure Delivery, and technical operations
● 7+ years of people management and team leadership experience including headcount planning and developing strong and motivated teams.

● Comfortable leading discussions with upper management and have experience tailoring the level of technical details to suit the audience
● Out-of-the-box independent thinker who can initiate and establish working procedures
