A nationally ranked law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate, with strong skills in title and survey review. Experience working at a large law firm is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports, and resolve any related issues.
- Prepare closing checklists, coordinate closing logistics, and manage closing documentation.
- Assist in the drafting and preparation of real estate documents, including deeds, leases, easements, and other agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, including reviewing contracts, leases, and corporate documents.
- Organize and manage large volumes of documents, both physical and electronic.
- Work closely with clients, real estate professionals, and government agencies to ensure transactions proceed smoothly.
- Research local laws and regulations related to real estate and zoning.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate.
- Extensive experience in title and survey review.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including closing processes.
- Experience working at a large law firm is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies is preferred.
Offering a base salary of $100,000 - $125,000 and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
