Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Manager/Account Manager/Client Services Manager for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer/client experience. Work closely with our clients to understand their business/corporate travel needs for air, rental car, hotel, ground transportation, groups, and incentive reservations.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of corporate travel accounts of varying sizes and industries.
- Work with key client accounts to provide corporate travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned corporate travel clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
Qualifications
- Proven success in client management/account management or as Travel Manager in the travel industry. Experience managing clients for a corporate travel agency or Travel Management Company (TMC) a plus.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), Concur Travel, GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre) and Travel Agency Reporting (iBank, Prime Analytics, Grasp) experience is a huge plus and will be needed day to day.
- Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
- This is a client facing role that involves both in person and virtual meetings.
- Some travel will be needed.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
