We’re looking to hire a Workplace Coordinator for a leading tech-driven company. You’ll join the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team to drive global connection and create inspiring work environments that allow employees to perform at their best. This is a 3-month contract opportunity. The role is located in Downtown Seattle, Washington and is fully on-site.
Workplace Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Oversee reception, visitor check-ins, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests.
- Coordinate events, meetings, off-sites, and ensure room setups and services meet expectations.
- Manage meal coordination, including daily catering, special dietary requests, and stocking snacks/beverages.
- Address employee requests in collaboration with property management, IT, AV, and Security.
- Respond to support requests via tickets, emails, Slacks, and calls, assisting with workplace operations.
- Contribute to special projects and improve team productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Workplace Coordinator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Hospitality and/or Workplace Operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a calm and pleasant demeanor.
- Experience with event assistance and coordination.
- Knowledge of workplace operations policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Google Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in-office daily and collaborate in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of the assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
