Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager to oversee our teams at customer locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT support, project coordination, and troubleshooting, while fostering collaboration across various technical groups. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skillsets, logical thinking, and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in IT management, including managing on-site teams.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and providing hands-on technical support
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networks, and application support
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment and managing client relationships
Compensation:
$35/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
