Scope and responsibilities:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Computer fluency in Mac and PC
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Typography knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Multimedia content development
- Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques

Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Impeccable understanding of typography, layout, color, and other design elements
- Basic understanding of HTML and email code
- Knowledge of user experience design within websites and apps
- Portfolio featuring work across brand systems and campaign design
- Experience across the full palette of design expression: traditional, digital, social, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proven experience taking initiative on projects
- Self-starting mentality with positive and can-do attitude
- A curiosity and love for learning in the design, brand, and overall marketing space
- Understanding of consumer behavior and conversion strategies within the travel and/or real estate industry a plus
- Portfolio of work

Salary + Bonus:
Annual Salary plus bonus range of $65,000 – $80,000
