Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts in opto-electronics.
- Test high-speed optical modules for ML/AI.
- Configure DSP-based SerDes.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Analyze results for product development.
- Work cross-functionally.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or applied physics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on lab experience with DSP-based high-speed optical communication systems.
- Proficiency in using advanced optical and high-speed electronics test equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
